# Version 2.1 Released Views: 1040

Version 2.1 was released in May 2016. It's mostly for bug fixing and enhancment of existing functions.

1. Dashboard - New reports had been added to System Statistics.

2. Contacts - A few areas in Membership had been reworked. New contacts are added automatically when someone applies for a job or submits a helpdesk ticket. Job applicant information can also be copied to HR > Staff with the click of a button.

3. Matters - A gantt chart was added to Timeline in Cases. This function serves as a mini project management tool.

4. Exchange - Email GUI and paging display had been improved.

5. Finance - Several functions in Sales and Purchases were updated with better workflows. For example, the accounting entries for return and adjustment activities can now be handled more logically.

6. HR - The payments for Staff Payroll are more organized and can be managed more easily according to separate payment schedules.

7. Public - When an onlinestore payment is made, the system can be configured to auto open a Helpdesk ticket. This function is useful for those who provide pre-paid services via Onlinestore.
