Version 2.0 was released in December 2015. It's a major enhancement to the system with many new features:

1. Dashboard - To Do and Bulletins had been added to allow staff users manage their own work and HR activities.

2. Contacts - The contacts master list was renovated with new fields and tab sections. Site Posting section had been removed. Membership is now put under Contacts. A new section called Data Transfer allows user to import and export contacts data.

3. Matters - A multi-purpose case management function had been added. It's for customer relationship management, service management, and issue tracking. Scheduling can now be done inside a case and in Dashboard > To Do section. Billable activities can be managed in the Billing section and the corresponding financial transactions are fully integrated with Finance module.

4. Exchange - Emails and Fax functions had been added. Fax is powered by InterFAX and separate payment is required to use this service.

5. Finance - This new module automates the accounting entries in the system. It supports all financial transactions, including those found in Contacts > Membership, Matters > Billing, Finance > Sales, Finance > Purchases, Finance > Essentials, and Public > Online Sales.

6. HR - To better support businesses, we added a human resource management module to the system. It's good for managing staff records, timesheets, staff expenses, payroll, and training events. The hiring function is integrated with Jobs module on the public frontend.

7. Public - Many functions in the 12 modules had been enhanced. The preview page is no longer used. However, you can click on Public View to jump to the public frontend. Online Sales section is new. It's for displaying sales activities from membership, Advertising, Events, Helpdesk, and Onlinestore.

8. Utilities - Audit Trail is a new feature required by accounting. It lets you track all financial activities and login history in the system.
